Enroll in e-Branch and e-Pay

To use the JSFCU Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in e-Branch, our online banking system. Likewise, to pay bills via the app, you must first set up e-Pay in your e-Branch account. Your online banking and bill pay information, including payees, will automatically remain synced with the app. Learn more about e-Branch and e-Pay to enroll today!

Set Up Alerts

Alerts can be set up by following these simple steps:
  • Touch the "Hamburger Menu" icon (three horizontal lines at the top of the screen to the left of "JSFCU Mobile Banking" when you log into the app).
  • Select Settings > Accounts > Jersey Shore Federal Credit Union
  • Scroll to the Share or Loan where you would like to receive alerts 
  • Select Manage Alerts > Click on "Add Alerts" under Balance alerts or Transaction alerts depending on the type of alert desired.  Select and type additional information as required by the app.
In order to receive alerts, you will have to make sure that notifications are turned on.  Android phone users can check this by going through the apps "Hamburger Menu", select Notifications, and turn them on by sliding the button to the right. If you use an iPhone, go into your iPhone settings and select Notifications > select JSFCU Mobile Banking > turn on Allow Notifications.

Self-Enroll for Mobile Deposit Service

Members in good standing may self-enroll for Mobile Banking Deposit (MBD). Before self-enrolling, please download the JSFCU Mobile Banking App, set up your 4-digit passcode, and read the Mobile Banking Deposit Service Agreement and Disclosure.

To self-enroll, please follow these steps:

  • Open the JSFCU Mobile App and click on "Deposit" as shown below.
  • Follow the prompts to continue self-enrollment.  When completed, it will show as "Pending Approval".
  • You will receive a notification within the App and an email once your account has been approved. It may take up to 2 business days.

*There is a $3,000 daily deposit limit.  There is also a 5 items per day limit with the total not exceeding the $3,000 daily deposit limit.
