Deposit Your Check Using Our Mobile Banking App

Members using our e-Services and Mobile Banking can now make check deposits using their smartphones and tablets. Making a deposit is quick and easy!   To use Mobile Banking Deposit, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a member for at least 30 days with an account in good standing
  • Have a Checking/Share Draft account and use our JSFCU Mobile Banking app
Once you’ve been notified your Mobile Banking Deposit application was approved, deposit checks into your Checking/Share Draft account following these steps: 
  • Select "Deposit Check” on your mobile app and fill in the check amount
  • Confirm your Checking/Share Draft account number
  • Endorse the check "For Deposit Only” and capture pictures of the front and back of the check
  • Submit the deposit after verifying the photos are clear and check amount entered is correct
After submitting, remember to write "DEPOSITED” on the front of the check and, after 30 days, mark "VOID” on both sides.

If you are already using our JSFCU Mobile Banking app, just complete the Mobile Banking Deposit Application.  You will receive an email on your enrollment status within two business days. Otherwise, you must enroll in e-Branch and, if you also want to use our bill pay service, you must also enroll in e-Pay prior to downloading our JSFCU Mobile Banking app in the App store. The app must be downloaded and your 4-digit passcode set up before your Mobile Deposit Application can be approved.
