Third Round Of Stimulus Payments Have Started To Arrive
Our online and mobile services are experiencing unprecedented usage causing connectivity issues.

How this effects e-Branch and Mobile Banking

  • Heavy traffic on our e-Services and Mobile Banking sometimes causes unsuccessful logins, a request to reenter your User ID and Password, or slow user experience. We want to preemptively thank you for your patience and ensure you work is being done behind the scenes to alleviate these issues.

What amount should you expect to receive?

  • Single filers earning an adjusted gross income up to $75,000 and heads of household earning up to $112,500 will receive $1,400.
  • Married couples earning up to $150,000 are eligible for $2,800. Those taxpayers will also receive $1,400 for each dependent.
  • Married couples with no children earning $150,000 or less will receive a total of $2,800

What tax year are the payments based on?

  • The payments will be based on 2020 Adjusted Gross Income if a taxpayer has already filed tax returns for last year. If not, they will be based on 2019 income.

When should I expect my check?

  • The White House announced that Americans with IRS direct deposit could get their stimulus checks this weekend or early next week. Those who receive paper checks or debit cards would likely get their payments later this month or next month.
If your direct deposit information isn’t on file with the IRS yet, you can still provide those details using IRS’s "Get My Payment” tool.Opens in New Window
