Our Online Banking Is Getting An Upgrade On Monday, May 16
During the upgrade on Monday, May 16 starting at 7am our Online Banking will be unavailable. However, you can still use our Mobile App to access your account.

Your online banking experience should be smooth, secure and the same on all your devices. That’s why on Monday, May 16 Jersey Shore Federal Credit Union will automatically upgrade our online banking service to mirror the look and feel of our JSFCU Mobile Banking App. In addition, our App will receive new enhancements.

It’s a Seamless Upgrade

No matter where you are, or what device you want to use, you can:

  • VIEW your balances
  • TRANSFER funds
  • SCHEDULE payments
  • MANAGE your Credit and Debit Cards and more
  • MESSAGE our Call Center during their regular hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Whether you’re on your laptop, smartphone or tablet, you can stay connected to your account all with the same convenient features and soon even more!

Here’s what you need to know for our Online Banking upgrade:

  • Your username and password for online banking will stay the same.  Remember, your Username is JS in uppercase plus your Account Number. (For example: JS12345).  Then enter your Password.
  • When the "Protect your account with 2-step verification" screen appears, select Get Started. Choose from test message or Authenticator app. Follow the instructions for the chosen method. Select Done.
  • When the "User Agreement" appears, please review it and select Accept.
  • If you use bill pay, your existing bill payments and payees will automatically copy to the upgraded system.
  • If you had enrolled in e-Statements, you can access them on the e-Statements icon.
  • Any alerts you had set previously set up, you will have to set them up again. For example, if you had an alert set up to notify you of a debit card transaction, then you will need to click on your checking account and click on the Alert Preferences icon to set the alert up again.

Here’s what you need to know for our Mobile Banking App enhancements:

  • When the upgrade is ready to go, our JSFCU Mobile Banking app will automatically ask you to download the new version since there will also be enhancements to our Mobile Banking, such as being able to view check images and e-Statements.
  • Any alerts you have set up within the Mobile App will continue after the enhancements are completed.
