Our Hamilton Mall Branch will close permanently effective after close of business on Saturday, December 12.

Branch Closing

We opened our Hamilton Mall branch in 2012 with great excitement and expectations for growth.  Unfortunately, with the closing of two anchor stores and many other smaller stores, shoppers coming into the Mall has been significantly reduced over the last few years.  In addition, the Mall closed for months due to the pandemic and many members utilizing our Mall branch have changed how they are banking.  This has resulted in less transactions conducted within the branch and more transactions conducted online, through our mobile services, or at our other locations.  Due to these factors, our Hamilton Mall branch will close at the end of the business day on Saturday, December 12. We will continue to serve those members that utilized our Mall branch at our other branch locations in Northfield, Galloway, Hammonton, and Rio Grande.  We also encourage those members to bank remotely for the ultimate convenience.

Please note:  This office closes Tuesday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm for staff lunch. 

Banking Remotely

Here are a few suggestions for banking remotely in case you can't get to the Hamilton Mall or our other branch locations:

  • Call Center- Our Call Center can handle almost any banking and loan needs, or transfer you to someone who can. Call (609) 646-3339, option 2. The Call Center hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Online Banking- Manage your accounts, loans, and more with e-Branch. Once enrolled in e-Branch, you can set up e-Pay to pay your bills online. You can also set up e-Statements and account alerts.
  • Mobile Banking- After signing up for Online Banking, you can download the JSFCU Mobile Banking App on your phone or tablet.
  • Mobile Deposit- After 30 days of membership, you can deposit checks quickly and easily right from your phone with the JSFCU Mobile Banking App.
  • PATT (Personal Access Telephone Transactions)allows you to access your account by phone anytime and anywhere.
  • Debit/ATM Card- You can use your Jersey Shore Debit/ATM Card at 85,000 Surcharge-free ATMs worldwide.
  • Direct Deposit- Set up direct deposit for your paycheck, social security, tax refund, and more. You will need the credit union routing number (231277440) and your account number.
  • Credit Card- Our low-rate Jersey Shore Credit Card is great for any type of unexpected expenses that may arise.
  • Online Loan Applications- You can apply for a loan securely online.
