Operations Manager

Full-Time in our Northfield Branch

This position supervises and maintains a highly motivated and well-trained staff and reports to the CFO. Responsible for evaluating and coaching staff. They are responsible for the efficient administration of duties pertaining to debit and credit cards, wire transfers, IRAs, deceased accounts, Remote Deposit Capture, share drafts, instant issue cards, fraud, ATMs, and ACH.  Ensures compliance and maintains policies and procedures, and a knowledge of all new and existing regulations pertaining to areas of responsibilities. Responsible for budgeting, working with auditors, review and recommend software, hardware, and vendors. Handles and oversees IRA activity.  Responsible for fraud monitoring, reimbursements, and fraud case resolution. Processes and monitors all member insurance products. Requires Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or three to five years' related experience. Fluent in Microsoft Office and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Operations Specialist 
Full-Time in our Northfield Branch

This person will carry out a wide variety of administrative duties pertaining to share drafts, ATMs, ACH, debit cards, credit cards, wires, and fraud. Also, processes branch and ATM cash orders through Federal Reserve and armored service and reconciles transactions between branches and delivery service. Works with members and their families regarding decedent accounts.  Handles Credit Life and Disability claims and applications. Works with levies, liens, subpoenas, and garnishments. Assists in other areas as directed by the Operations Manager. Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications. Back Office Administration Support
Part-Time Position in our Northfield Branch

The position will provide clerical support for the Accounting and Operations Departments.  Clerical tasks include filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Part-Time Positions in our Branches 

We're looking for team players that are detailed oriented with professional communication and sales skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must be 18 years of age or older and available for the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
