REPAY – The New Loan Payment Portal
As a valued member, we want to give you the convenience, flexibility and control to pay your loan anytime. And now you can make payments, set up recurring payments, check your loan balance and manage your loan account 24/7/365 by simply using our secure online payment portal. For payments on a Jersey Shore credit card please use the JSFCU card app which can be found on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you had recurring payments on the old loan payment site you will need to create them again in the new portal. The directions for how to do that can be found below.
To create an account and make your fist payment online, just follow the below steps:
- From the portal login page click “Create Login“
- Complete the required fields and click “Save” This will generate a welcome email
- From the welcome email, click “Set Password“
- Create your account password and click “Save Password“
- You will be directed back to the Online Payment Portal page. Click “Customer Login” to access your account and make payments.
- Click “Pay” next to the loan you wish to pay
- Choose either “amount due” or “set a custom payment amount“
- Choose how you would like to pay
- Enter your payment information or choose an existing saved payment method.
To make a one time guest payment, just follow the below steps:
- From the secure online payment portal page, click “Guest Account Lookup“
- Complete the required fields and click “Lookup“
- From the Accounts page, click “Pay” to make a payment
To set up recurring payments, follow these below steps:
(Please note that in order to setup recurring payments you must first create an account in the loan payment portal)
- Log In: Access the REPAY payment portal using your credentials
- Click “Pay” next to the loan you wish to set up the payment for
- Choose either “amount due” or “setup a custom payment amount“
- Click “Schedule A Payment“
- Choose the frequency of the recurring payment
- Enter the Start Date for the payments
- Choose how often you want the payment repeated
- If you choose the payments to continue until the end of the loan, enter an End Date
- Click “Save“
- Choose how you would like to pay
- Enter your payment information or choose an existing saved payment method.
