PATT (Personal Access Telephone Transaction) allows you to access your account by phone, anytime and anywhere. You can transfer funds, verify account history, request a withdrawal, and more. PATT uses touch-tone phone prompts. Call PATT at Jersey Shore’s main number (609) 646-3339 or toll-free 1-888-322-2848 and select option 1. You can also call PATT directly at 1-888-885-9871.
Enter your member number (account number as it appears on your statement) and PIN. Your initial PIN is the last four digits of the Social Security number for the member listed first on your account. You will be prompted to select a new PIN. Your new PIN cannot start with a zero.
An Account ID is the number assigned to each of your accounts. For example, your prime personal savings account is 0000 and your personal checking account could be 0002. If you do not know your Account ID, you can press the Account List option.
